The annual theme for 2025 was chosen during the most recent work meeting of the Franco Marenghi Study Centre.
Among the proposals, it was decided to focus on an important topic that is well-suited, albeit with different nuances, to all Italian regions: 'Roasts, stews, and boiled meats in regional culinary traditions' is the theme informing next year’s Food Culture Library volume and the next ecumenical convivial gathering to be held on 16 October 2025.
