AIG awards National Prizes


 

The General Assembly of the Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie (AIG) has gathered in Paris and assigned the National Prizes for 2025 proposed by President Paolo Petroni as a member of this prestigious international association’s Board of Directors:
 

Prix au Chef de l’Avenir (Chef of the Future Prize):
Fabrizio Mellino, Quattropassi Restaurant, Nerano (Naples)
 
Prix au Sommelier (Sommelier Prize):
Lukas Gerges, Atelier Moessmer - Norbert Niederkofler, Brunico (Bolzano)
 
Prix au Chef Pâtissier (Pastry Chef Prize):
Beniamino Passannante, Acanto Restaurant - Hotel Principe di Savoia, Milan
 
Prix de la Littérature Gastronomique (Food Literature Prize):
Mauro Bassini, Non c’è più gusto; 2024, Minerva Edizioni
