La Delegazione di Singapore-Malaysia-Indonesia dell'Accademia Italiana della Cucina organizza il workshop (in lingua inglese) “Nutrition and health. Physical and mental well-being with taste: let the food be thy medicine and the medicine be thy food (Hippocrates)”. L'evento è in collaborazione con la National University of Singapore (NUS) e si terrà il 29 novembre ma rientra tra le manifestazioni dell'VIII SCIM.

Nell’ambito delle iniziative della Settimana, la Delegazione ha programmato per il 14 novembre un evento conviviale presso il Ristorante Takada dello Chef-Owner Masahiro Takada sul tema "Italy meets Japan: in the kitchen the same freshness of products and semplicity of preparation but the differerence is in how the natural flavors ultimately shine".
