Paolo Petroni confirmed as President of the Academy

On 22 May 2024, the well-attended XIX Ordinary Assembly of Delegates re-elected Paolo Petroni as President of the Italian Academy of Cuisine for the three-year term 2024-2027. The Assembly of Delegates was held remotely using the SkyVote Meeting platform.
Standing for President were Paolo Petroni, nominated by the President’s Council, and Bologna Academician Guido Mascioli, a voluntary candidate.
Besides the President, the 15 elective members of the Academic Council, the Supervisory Body and the Arbitration Board were also up for election.
