To honour the memory of the journalist and First Vice-President Gianni Fossati, this award is dedicated to print journalists whose work benefits Italian cuisine. This year’s prize is tied: Giuseppe Cerasa, journalist and Director of the Guides published by the daily La Repubblica; Manuela Soressi, tourism and food journalist.
The award ceremony took place on November 24 in the elegant halls of the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan.
