Annual theme for 2023

Following the suggestions of the Franco Marenghi Study Centre, the President’s Council has chosen “Rice, maize and other grains (wheat, farro, barley, oats and rye) in regional culinary traditions” as the annual theme for 2023. This very broad subject is well suited, albeit with diverse nuances, to all Italian regions. The ecumenical dinner on 19 October will be dedicated to the chosen theme, with a cultural seminar and a thematic menu.
