The Academy has inaugurated the fourth edition of a prize established in memory of the Academician and journalist Gianni Fossati. The prize is reserved for print journalists (officially registered as professional, freelance or trainee journalists) who are not Academy members and have particularly distinguished themselves by promoting and championing Italian cuisine.
Nominations (accompanied by CV, award justification and articles) must be sent, exclusively by remote means, to the Secretariat at segreteria@accademia1953.it by 30 June 2024.
